1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Verified PayPal accounts - card ownership verification is not required as it is already verified by PayPal
- Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards - card ownership verification is required to prevent shipment of fraudulent orders paid by stolen cards
- Orders with POBox addreses not paid by verified PayPal account - card ownership verification is required
* Online credit card fraud is a serious crime, therefore everyone who has paid by unverfied payment method like Visa or MasterCard must prove that they are authorised card holders of the cards used to pay for their orders to prevent shipment of fraudulent orders paid by stolen cards.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Standard order processing time is 1 to 7 business days. Orders shipped within 1 to 7 business days from the order date or card ownership confirmation date when required.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Order confirmation emails sent automatically by system at the time of order to email addresses provided by customers at the time of their orders
If email addresses provided by customers are correct (not misspelled) then customers can find their order confirmation emails in INBOX folder or in SPAM folder or in JUNK folder
4. ORDER DELIVERY
- Domestic order delivery time is 1 to 5 business days to any location in Australia
- International order delivery time is 5 to 10 business days to any location in the world
- Due to decrease of international flights due to COVID-19 international order delivery can take longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- We don't send orders to Post Office Boxes if they are not paid by verified PayPal account
5. RETURN POLICY
We accept return of regular stock items for exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery with the same style and price item available in stock at the time of exchange. Cost of shipping in case of exchange payable by the customer and refundable by PayPal if order paid by PayPal. Return and exchange of shoe care products is not acceptable. Return for refund is not acceptable.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Order will be cancelled and full refund will be made if we are not able to process and ship ordered item. Change of mind and any other reasons are not acceptable for order cancellation and refund.
We take the protection and use of our customer's personal information seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences with regard to how we use your information are our highest priority. We don't share customer's personal information with anyone.
8. OUR WARRANTY
Our goods are warranted against defective craftsmanship for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If faulty item is repairable then it will be repaired, if faulty item is not repairable then it will be replaced with a new item. Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear as well as damages due to careless and negligent wearing.
9. WATER STOP OPTION
Ugg boots made from genuine sheepskin which is not water repellent. If you you want to make your ugg boots water repellent then select YES for water stop option and we will add water stop, water repellent spray to your order and then you will be able to make your ugg boots water repellent by spraying them. If you don't need it then select NO for water stop option.
10. OUR BRANDS
We sell two brands of our authentic original Australian ugg boots made in Australia.
Our domestic brand AUSTRALIAN UGG ORIGINAL® is shipped to all addresses in Australia.
Our international brand AUSTRALIAN ORIGINAL® shipped to all addresses outside of Australia.
Any assumptions and expectations that we make and sell ugg boots of any other brands are unacceptable as we do NOT offer any other brands.
