1. ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS
- PayPal via PayPal payment system, PayPal account is required
- Visa & MasterCard credit and debit cards issued by any bank via our Australian National Bank Payment System
2. ORDER PROCESSING & ORDER DELIVERY
- Orders within Australia: order processing time is 1 to 5 business days + Australia wide order delivery time by Australia Post Domestic E-Parcel service is 2 to 4 business days anywhere in Australia = 3 to 9 business days
- International orders: order processing time is 1 to 5 business days + International order delivery time by Australia Post International courier service EMS is 5 to 10 business days anywhere in the world = 6 to 15 business days
- We don't send orders to PO Boxes if they are not paid by PayPal.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange any item of our current collections ordered/bought from our stores with any item available in stock at the time of exchange if you made a mistake and ordered wrong size / colour / style under condition that the item is unworn, in original packaging and with a tax invoice. Delivery of the exchanged pair is payable by a customer.
4. RETURN POLICY
We accept return of the ordered/bought items only for exchange in case of wrongly selected size / colour / style. Postage cost of the returned for exchange and exchanged items payable by the customer. Returns for exchange are acceptable within 30 days from the order date or invoice date in case of instore purchase.
5. REFUND POLICY
Full refund will be made back to the customer's card or paypal account if we won't be able to supply ordered item to the customer on time (according to our order processing time) and if customer is not willing to wait longer than a standard order processing time.
We takes the protection and use of our customer's personal information seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences with regard to how we use your information are our highest priority. We don't share customer's personal information with anyone.
7. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Our goods are warranted only against defective craftsmanship for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If faulty item is repairable then it will be repaired, if faulty item is not repairable then it will be replaced with a new item. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear as well as damages due to careless and negligent wearing.
8. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Each country has its own Customs Legislation that regulates customs clearance of the imported goods therefore it is customers responsibility: 1) to be aware about Customs Legislation in the countries where customers instruct us to send their orders, 2) to be aware about all applicable import taxes and customs duties in the destination countries, 3) to be aware that all applicable import taxes and customs duties (if any) are payable by those who receive / import goods - by receivers / importers of the goods.
9. WHAT WE SELL
We sell two brands of authentic original Australian ugg boots made in our factory in Australia.
Our domestic brand "AUSTRALIAN UGG ORIGINAL" is shipped to all addresses in Australia.
Our international brand "AUSTRALIAN ORIGINAL" shipped to all addresses outside of Australia.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Every Customer who places his/her order confirms that he/she has agreed to our terms and conditions by ticking a checkbox before system allows customer to make a payment and place an order, therefore if online order is received then it means that Customer has actually read (not just ticked checkbox without reading), fully understood and unconditionally agreed to our terms and conditions. All claims based on the statement that customer has not read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions are not acceptable.
